What does it do and how does it work: Java sneak is a cheat that allows the user to sneak under a 1.5 block gap, just like in java, this module is useless in versions 1.20.10+ since the feature was added into the vanilla version of the game, this module works by modifying the size of your collision box or offsetting it.
